While we don’t offer direct installation services, all units are engineered for seamless integration. Some complex systems (e.g., HVLS fans or mounting of electrostatic filters) may require you to hire local professionals—your manual will outline what’s needed.

    • Vacuums & HVLS fans: Check belts, dust buildup, and moving parts seasonally.

      Maintenance instructions are included in your user manual and available digitally by request.

  • Yes. We provide training videos, downloadable manuals, and one-on-one guidance if needed during installation and initial setup. Most systems are intuitive, and your staff can become proficient in less than a day.

  • Lead times vary by product and demand. Stocked items like brushes ship within a few business days. Larger equipment (like ultrasonic tanks or HVLS fans) may have a 2–14 week lead time depending on configuration. We’ll confirm delivery timing during your quote process.
